- A detailed assessment of debt servicing capability, historical results and projected trading forecasts

- Stakeholder management between the Club and it’s development partners

Delivered a feasibility review of a major registered Club Group for the successful construction and financing of a $50m mixed Club/Commercial project. This incorporated:
- A review of the scope, timing and cost of the development
- An assessment of the debt servicing capability
- The development of the funding options and requirement
- A detailed assessment and analysis of historical and future trading results
