Retained by Illawarra Catholic Club Group to complete a broad feasibility on proposed construction of $50m mixed Club/Commercial project and to obtain ‘in-principle’ finance approvals for the development. Incorporated review of funding requirements, scope, timing and cost, servicing capability as well as analysis of historical and future trading results for both Hurstville and Menai Clubs.

Retained by Kirribilli Ex-Service Club Limited in relation to $60m site redevelopment including review of project funding costs, design proposals, debt servicing capability, historical results and projected trading forecasts. Provided referral to banking partners and various input to discussions between the Club and its development partners.

Initially retained by Ettalong Beach Club on behalf of Suncorp Metway to undertake a detailed operational and financial review of the Club’s operations. Campbell Advisory was subsequently retained to undertake a comprehensive restructure of the total business.
